These Terms of Service govern your use of Oaka AI's products, including Procuro, NoticeFlow, Shipible, Subbify, and Addressed (each, an "App"). By using any App, you agree to these terms, along with any additional terms specific to that App.
Each App is a distinct product that can generally be used independently of the others. Some Apps are designed to work together when a merchant chooses to use more than one; details on how that works are available in each App's own documentation.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to any App, and for using each App in accordance with its intended purpose and any App-specific terms. Where an App relies on information from your connected store, you're responsible for ensuring that information is accurate and current.
Certain Apps, particularly those involving regulated activity like FDA Prior Notice filing, have their own additional terms covering pricing, service-specific policies, and limitations specific to that App. Where an App has its own terms, those terms apply in addition to this page, and take precedence on matters specific to that App.
Pricing varies by App and is disclosed on each App's own page or App Store listing. Some Apps bill through the Shopify App Store; others, such as NoticeFlow, bill separately through Oaka AI's own systems, as disclosed on that App's pricing page. Changes to pricing will not retroactively affect amounts already paid.
While we build and maintain each App to a high standard, Oaka AI does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and is not liable for business outcomes resulting from the use of any App beyond what's explicitly stated in that App's own terms. We are not a substitute for legal, financial, or regulatory advice specific to your business.
You may stop using any App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an App for accounts that violate these terms, provide fraudulent information, or misuse the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Oaka AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of any App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific App giving rise to the claim, in the period the claim relates to.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of any App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
