This policy explains how Oaka AI, operated from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, collects, uses, and protects information across its products, including Procuro, NoticeFlow, Shipible, Subbify, and Addressed (each, an "App," collectively the "Apps"). Each App may have its own additional privacy disclosures specific to how it works; this policy covers Oaka AI as the company operating all of them.
Depending on which App you use, we may collect information through that App's connection to your Shopify store, including order details, product catalog information, and basic store information needed to provide the service. We also collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and any account or billing details needed to operate your account.
We use the information we collect to operate the specific App you use, to communicate with you about your account or support requests, and to maintain and improve our products. We do not sell personal information to third parties, and information collected through one App is not used to advertise unrelated products to you without your consent.
Some Apps in the Oaka AI portfolio are designed to work together, for example NoticeFlow and Shipible may share order and filing status information when a merchant uses both, to avoid duplicate work or duplicate charges. This sharing is limited to what's operationally necessary between the specific Apps a merchant has chosen to use, and does not extend to Apps a merchant hasn't installed or connected.
Access to identifiable customer data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the relevant App. Some Apps, such as NoticeFlow, involve a compliance team that may work with anonymized or aggregated data as part of normal operations; details specific to how each App handles data access are available in that App's own documentation where applicable.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the relevant App's service, and in accordance with any retention periods disclosed by that specific App. If you uninstall an App or close your account, associated data is deleted within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.
Oaka AI is operated from Canada, and our primary systems and data storage are based in Canada. Some operational team members supporting specific Apps may be located outside Canada; where this is the case, it's disclosed in that App's own privacy documentation.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
